Abridged Opera is an indie opera company designed to bring a taste of this grand art form to a community that has limited access.Their hope is to create a fun environment for new opera goers to experience a taste of this incredible art form. Abridged Opera offers a full season of "abridged" opera to their community while collaborating with a variety of local arts groups. For today’s virtual performance, Abridged Opera is proud to share 3 pieces from Act One in the original musical, Red: The Rise of the Queen of Hearts! This musical is composed by the incredible 15 year old Elise Holbrook and features a breathtaking score performed by many professional artists.
